Corporate Finance

CCG’s Corporate Finance Group provides financial advisory services to middle market businesses, working closely with clients to devise
appropriate capital structure to support their ownership requirements and growth strategies. We maintain relationships with private equity firms, venture capital firms, factors, banks, leveraged buyout funds, mezzanine lenders, insurance companies, and finance companies. We assist you in structuring the terms of the financing, addressing inter-creditor issues, coordinating investor/creditor due diligence, and working with all parties toward a successful closing.

Financial Analysis

Successful advisement starts with an advisor’s ability to fully understand the business’ current and historical fiscal positions and desired outcomes.  Our team excels in conducting in-depth financial and logistical analysis focusing on a company’s liquidity, asset utilization, cost optimization, asset disposition, and various other financial models based on established benchmarks.  CCG can then develop a strategy to best meet the clients desired goals which may include reduction of expenses, increasing market share through organic growth or mergers/acquisitions, or financial restructuring to improve the overall financial health of the company.

Equity/Debt Capitalization

Securing financing or capital resources can be a complex process. Structuring a favorable deal requires extensive knowledge of debt and equity capital markets and sources, the analytical skills to compare competing offers, and the transaction expertise of a knowledgeable advisor to maximize value. With CCG, you’ll work with an advisor to help you develop financing options and recommend an appropriate course of action, identify prospective debt/equity and joint venture partners, and work with them diligently to obtain the capital you need at the lowest possible cost.

Whether you are trying to finance your own business, the sale of your company, or the acquisition of another company—whatever your financing or capital resources needs—CCG can help you structure and close a transaction at the lowest capital cost and under the best possible terms.

Mergers & Acquisitions

Buying, acquiring, or consolidating a company can be an effective method of achieving growth. Our commitment to remaining independent from any investment banking or lending institution ensures that we deliver unbiased guidance. It also promotes maximum competition among lending sources, helping to fully leverage value for our clients. Buying a business is a complex process that requires expertise in researching and identifying acquisition prospects, initiating conversations, and recommending strategies for making an offer. For every customer, CCG provides guidance and long-term advice from project inception to completion.

Mezzanine Financing

Mezzanine loans are financings that are subordinate to a property’s first mortgage debt, but senior to the equity invested by the
borrower. The loans have both debt and equity characteristics. They offer a fixed or floating interest rate that is paid currently by the borrower; have collateral in the form of assignments of partnership interest or other subordinate collateral; and importantly, receive equity participation in the cash flow streams and/or residual value of the projects.

Real Estate Advisory Services

CCG works with developers, trusts, property owners, public institutions and investors to facilitate the acquisition, disposition, and development of real estate nationwide. The firm is distinguished by the creativity we bring to transaction structures and investment opportunities.

Public/Private Partnerships

Public-private partnerships have become an “essential tool” in the U.S. government’s “development toolbox” to help the country meet the challenges of the 21st century.

CCG has a track record of working with federal government agencies, state and local governments in a collaborative effort to address the development needs of our nation’s communities.
