City of Grambling

In 2012, the City of Grambling, Louisiana, known as “The City of the Move,” made one of its best financial moves by hiring Comer Capital Group. As the city’s financial advisory firm, CCG helped increase water and sewage rates and refinance its water, sewage, and fire protection revenue bonds. CCG also facilitated the financing of Legend Square Plaza, a $10 million city-owned economic development project consisting of six commercial retail spaces, a supermarket with a deli and bakery, and a pharmacy with drive-thru service.
